The RYB ACADEMY High Training School uses international Fusion Pilates trainers and offers multiple certification programs to start your new career in the world of Pilates or deepen your skills as a teacher.
Why a Training School?
After 25 years of experience in the world of Pilates we realized that it was necessary to adopt a method, establish fixed points to work safely, improve alignments and posture, get clients passionate about the practice, encouraging them to constantly improve their sports performance. Our courses are guided by internationally certified MASTER TRAINERS and guarantee you, upon passing the final exam, the Coni certified diploma of Pilates teacher.
The RYB method
Thanks to the experience gained in the field, we have created a new format, the RYB method: a contemporary approach to Pilates that is structured in a winning combination of strength, balance, stretching and exercises synchronized with music capable of involving and challenging students by stimulating different muscle targets. The RYB method was born thanks to our team of trainers, a passionate crew that every year deepens the technique and its evolutions thanks to refresher courses and Masterclasses in the high training schools in London with which we regularly collaborate.
