THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

After 25 years of experience in the world of Pilates we realized that it was necessary to adopt a training method which would enable students to work safely in big groups and for each client to reach their goal: whether it be improve posture, remove back pain or physicals results and sports performance. Our courses are run by internationally certified MASTER TRAINERS and when passing the exam, the student receives a certified pilates teacher diploma.

The RYB method

Thanks to the experience gained in the field, we have created a new format, the RYB method: a contemporary approach to Pilates that is structured in a winning combination of strength, balance, stretching and exercises synchronized with music capable of involving and challenging students by stimulating different muscle targets.
