General Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
These general terms of sale govern the sale between Fortune S.r.l. — Registered office: Via Andrea Fantoni, 5, 24121, Bergamo (BG), Italy, VAT number: 04470310162 — and the Customer with respect to the Products marketed by the Seller on the Website.
If the Customer is interested in purchasing, they are invited to carefully read these General Terms of Sale before purchasing Products on the Website. By purchasing Products through the Website, the Customer declares to have read and expressly accepted these General Terms of Sale. The description of the Products is provided in the technical sheet for each Product published on the Website. It is recommended to print a copy of these General Terms of Sale and/or save them for future reference.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meaning attributed below:
- Seller: Fortune S.r.l., with registered office in (24121) Bergamo, via Andrea Fantoni no. 5.
- Consumer: any natural person who purchases the Products for purposes unrelated to any commercial, business or professional activity carried out.
- Customer: the party purchasing the Products from the Seller, whether Consumer or professional.
- Products: Pilates machines and equipment marketed through the e-commerce channel of the Website.
- Website: the website www.rybreformer.com and/or through which the online sale of the Products takes place.

Pursuant to articles 1341, para. 2, and 1342, para. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, the following clauses are specifically approved:
- art. 3 – acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
- art. 6 – delivery of the products
- art. 7 – use of the machinery
- art. 8 – conformity warranty
- art. 9 – right of withdrawal
- art. 10 – limitation of liability and indemnification
- art. 12 – governing law and jurisdiction
- art. 13 – amendments to the general terms and conditions
Read, confirmed and signed for specific approval pursuant to articles 1341, para. 2, and 1342, para. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, of the clauses indicated above.
